| Nike SB – May 2012 – Sneaker Releases Posted: 26 Apr 2012 12:07 AM PDT With much of the May 2012 releases already in view, here is the run down of next month’s sneaker line up from Nike SB. Along with the new Nike P-Rod V, sans the “Nike SB” logo, there will be a pair of Vulc-Rod in matching colorways and Paul Rodriguez 5 LR in Black/Swan-Mint. Stefan Janoski will also receive multiple signature editions in both low and mid cuff versions. Brand new colorways for Omar Salazar and Eric Koston while a rich Red Mahogany colorway covers the new Team Edition. As always, like all other monthly releases before, a pair of Nike SB Dunk Premium tops the collection with its off-beat design inspiration. This time, it seems to be Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street. The Nike SB Sneaker Releases for May 2012 are all available now at a Nike SB retailers near you. The question is which one will you chose?

| WOOD WOOD – 10th Anniversary T-Shirt Collection – Pack 1 Posted: 25 Apr 2012 09:30 PM PDT In an effort to thank those who helped it raise to become one of the more notable fashion brands from Denmark, WOOD WOOD asked ten friends as well as collaborators to designed a t-shirt collection in celebration of its 10th anniversary. To be release in the a series of five, the first pack includes work from Mischa Hollenbach, one half of Perks And Mini (PAM) brand, Brooklyn-base graphic meister Eric Elms, who created the now legendary Supreme box logo, and FUZI UV TPK , one of the more iconic graffiti writers in Europe. There is also photography duo Aurélien Arbet and Jérémie Ergy, whose JSBJ publishing house keeps contemporary photography. And finally, Anders Jander of Museum Studio, another past collaborators. All tees will be available in May of this year at WOOD WOOD retail locations around the globe. Stay tuned with more collaborations to come later this year. Release Date: May 2012

| Bike Fixtation – Bike Repair Vending Machine Posted: 25 Apr 2012 08:59 PM PDT It’s happened to every cyclist out there: A flat tire, a loose spoke, or that eerie feeling when your handlebars begin to wiggle and there isn’t a bike store anywhere in sight. Because most casual bikers don’t carry a saddle bag full of tools or have back-up gear handy, any repairs needed on-the-go can quickly grind your ride to a halt. That’s where entrepreneurs Alex Anderson and Chad Debaker’s Bike Fixtation comes in; it is a service kiosk (which just happens to resemble a soda machine) that supplies bikers with basic parts, tools, free air, and services to make just about any repair on the road. Bikers looking to restock on some cycling-friendly snacks can also purchase a few from the same vending machine. The main unit is also paired with a bike rack with just about any tool you could need to put your two-wheeler back together again tethered to it. The lucky riders in Minneapolis, MN’s Uptown Transit Station got the first unit, but with plans to install new kiosks in other major cities, including L.A., Boston, and N.Y.C. in the works, soon you may be turning to one in your bike’s time of need.

| Nike SB Dunk Low Premium – “Oscar” Posted: 25 Apr 2012 07:32 PM PDT Though the “Nike SB” markings have been taken out on the most recent P-Rod V and Eric Koston 1 releases, Nike kept the “Nike SB” designation to its May 2012 Nike SB Dunk Low Premium, thus adding more to the already confounding future of skateboarding line. But beside that complex deliberation, the new Nike SB Dunk Low Premium follows the design tradition of unusual inspiration, in this case Oscar The Grouch from children’s television program Sesame Street. In worn Matt Silver suede, a representation of Oscar’s metallic garbage can which doubles as his home, vibrant Classic Green peeks through as laces, sock liner, outsole, and the Nike Swoosh. | Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series – 2012 DTM Safety Car Posted: 25 Apr 2012 06:30 PM PDT In addition to BMW’s return, the 2012 season of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters racing series, better known as DTM, will also mark the debut of a new safety car (or pace car) by Mercedes-Benz. Based on the Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series, marketed as the most powerful C-Class made by Mercedes-Benz, the 2012 DTM Safety Car features features a Mercedes AMG made 6.3-liter V8 engine with an output of 517 horsepower and a 4.2 seconds mark on 0 to 62 mph acceleration. Outfitted with a AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 7-speed sports transmission and a modified sports exhaust system, by AMG as well, the vehicle will create a distinctive AMG V8 sound above the roars on raceway. Thanks to its special track package, aerodynamic kit, carbon fiber additions, and alloy wheels, the safety car will be able to keep pace with the rest of DTM entrants. The vehicle will also be a preview of the C 63 AMG Coupé Black Series and all the optional features available when it arrives at select Mercedes-Benz showrooms later this year.
