Like other car manufacturers Honda focus has increased on the Chinese automotive market, and now the company one is Chinese car-centric created show called Concept C. Honda C concept previews new sedan built and sold in China next year, and debuted in 2012 the Beijing Auto Show with its Concept S People Mover.

Honda did not know much about the concept of Honda C next to it is somewhere between compact and medium-yield farms, but the company has shed some light on the car name. “C” stands for cool, apparently, challenges and of course China. Honda said the Concept C design is inspired by the image of a dragon. Of course.

For us Concept Honda C looks less like a dragon and a lot more like the Acura. Honda C design incorporates many of the Acura-esque detail and touches on the swoopy rear fenders bulge so on a new compact sedan ILX shield grille. The use of lower car looks similar to the NSX concept, and the rear end seems to be a V-shaped development of the current TL to be in the ass. In fact, for our eyes, Honda Concept C would not be out of place if it has the Acura emblem beat on it.

But it will not be the Acura. The concept car by Honda’s first production of C will be built in China, for China, Guangqi Honda, and will be sized somewhere between the current and ILX TSX. There is also the fact that Acura tells us, that has nothing to do with Honda Honda Concept C concept was conceived in Japan and China, while the Acura’s are moved to California. That means the design language can bounce through the halls of the company’s global facilities, and we would not be surprised if a future Acura has some aesthetic similarities to Concept Honda C.
