The St George Collection | Tailored by UMBRO Posted: 21 May 2012 08:00 PM PDT Designed around the same iconic, multi-tonal red stripe design prominently featured on the England Home Shirt for Euro 2012, Umbro releases a special collection of gear for both on and off the field in honor of the country’s patron Saint, St. George. Led by the whole Umbro line-up of soccer cleats, followed by a pair of the Joe Hart’s Geometra Pro Goalkeeper gloves and the Neo 2 soccer ball, and rounded out with a range of luggage, the patriotically-themed collection will present a unified front for the England squad as they head to Poland and the Ukraine this summer. The luggage is built using premium leather with subtle red design details across the three pieces, the wash bag, the messenger bag, and the weekender. Wherever your allegiance lies you have to admit Umbro will have the Three Lions players looking good. See the entire collection in more detail after the jump or at Umbro’s online store. © Freshness Mag, 2012. | Permalink | No comment | Visit us on Facebook |

Posted: 21 May 2012 07:00 PM PDT For all the DeLorean fans excited about the return of the original time-travelling vehicle, but not equally so about its estimated $90,000 sticker price can at least own a piece of the future of the DeLorean Motor Company with the DeLorean Bicycle. Stephen Wynne, the president of the new Texas-based version of the DMC teamed up with Marc Moore, a bicycle maker, to build a two-wheel version that shares its four-wheeled kin’s stainless steel body, which is also the new cool for cyclists. Its stainless steel body will be a new experience for riders who are used to a more smooth ride, but its stiff body does allow full pedal power to hit the wheels and the threat of corrosion to be almost none existent. While many future owners will be gravitating to the DeLorean name alone, the bicycle, whose first model is labeled as the “Anyday,” features a belt drive, disc brakes, an integrated 11-speed internally geared hub, and illuminescent-coated wheels that shine at night. All that, of course, comes with an equally impressive price tag: $5,500. © Freshness Mag, 2012. | Permalink | No comment | Visit us on Facebook |
