WHIZ Limited x mastermind JAPAN x Bounty Hunter x SECRET BASE 76 Summit 2012 CollectionEvery year, WHIZ Limited throws a party called 76 Summit on July 6, as the founder and designer Hiroaki Shitano is born in 1976. This year’s theme was dubbed 76 Summit is Dead, which showcased several high profile collaboration projects with fellow Tokyo brands, known for their iconic use of skull graphics. The collaborators included mastermind JAPAN, Bounty Hunter, and SECRET BASE, whose brand identity works effortlessly with WHIZ Limited on these limited edition pieces. All of these items might still be available at Lump, the flagship store of WHIZ Limited in Tokyo.

Gasius x MEDICOM TOY LIFE ENTERTAINMENT FABRICK CollectionMEDICOM TOY LIFE ENTERTAINMENT has unveiled their latest collaboration for their multifaceted FABRICK Collection. The UK label Gasius, led by London based designer and creative guru Russell Maurice, creates its own distinct aesthetics over the bags and accessories line. There are five bags in the series – backpacks, tote bags, waist bags, and pouches – along side a camera strap. Exterior of the items are printed with a unique illustration created by Maurice, which stands out against the light brown canvas material. All of the pieces are scheduled to release around late August, however pre-order is available from MEDICOM TOY online shop on ZOZOTOWN now.

BEAMS x Herschel Supply Co. Bag CollectionBEAMS have reached out to Vancouver’s Herschel Supply Co. for a capsule collection. The collection is made up of three styles, Day Pack, Little America, and Tote Bag, and each model is constructed to reflect the key tones from the Fall/Winter 2012 season. Yellow and black colorways are available for their staple Day Packs and Tote Bags, which is made from nylon canvas material on the exterior and orange striped fabric on the inner lining. Little America, a backpack inspired from classic outdoor packs, is offered in blue and red versions, accented by brown leather details. All of these items are available exclusively from BEAMS stores and online shop.

For designer Jeremy Scott, any statement worth making is worth overstating. Consequently, it’s no longer just enough to append a pair of wings on sneakers, especially since his JS Wings for adidas Originals have become something of a standard for the ongoing collaborative line. Cut to this spring 2013 preview of the notorious winged kicks, dressed with a multi-colored holographic finish that’s dominated by sparkly shades of blue, purple and gold, and adorned with streaky irregular stripes. There’s a lot going on throughout the upper, but the explosion of colors is grounded with a solid blue sole unit. The shoes are expected to drop in early 2013. via: Sneaker Freaker

Gemballa, who’s been providing Porsche update packages for the past 30 years, introduces a new styling kit for the Porsche Cayenne. The GT Aero 2 styling kit, featured on the second-gen Porsche Cayenne (bearing the internal codename 958), builds on the German outfit’s GT AERO 1 pack, which includes front and rear bumpers, plus a roof spoiler and wheel arch extensions with matching side stills. A new set of 22-inch forged wheels in alloy finish with a distinct dark grey tint completes the exterior look. Gemballa is offering the GT Aero 2 as a complete kit, or added a la carte to Porsche Cayenne 958s already fitted with the GT AERO 1 package.
